My method
I combine traditional capoeira with modern training knowledge. Rather than copying movements, I want you to understand how your body works. That makes your training make sense, and lets you shape your own practice over time.
In training you build strength, mobility and coordination, get to know the instruments and songs, and become part of a community that supports one another. Capoeira challenges body and mind alike, and it's good fun.

Every session follows a clear structure:
- Warmup: Joints and muscles are prepared specifically for the content of the session.
- Conditioning: Functional strength, flexibility and mobility, with elements from capoeira, animal flow and contemporary movement practices.
- Play: New movements and capoeira concepts, explored playfully.
- Drill: Repetition at your own pace until the movement sticks.
- Stretching: Targeted stretching to finish, for recovery and a good feeling in your body.
In regular classes we also work in monthly modules: handbalancing, soft acrobatics, capoeira game, kicks and counters, mobility and flow. That builds real depth over time.
